As a Financial AI Annotator, you'll be part of our client's Research team, focused on making research and analyst insights accessible to institutional clients through AI-driven tools. Your role will involve annotating and labeling financial research datasets and complex financial content to support various AI-driven projects. We're seeking candidates with a background in finance or economics, preferably with some experience in annotating AI and NLP-products. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of AI.

Required Skills:

• Background in finance, economics, or investment research through relevant undergraduate degree or work experience.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in written communication.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent reading comprehension skills and attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn new skills, adapt to new tools and technologies, and develop an understanding of new domains.

• Basic understanding of AI and large language models (LLMs).

• Ability to follow complex instructions and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately annotate and label datasets and OpenAI responses based on provided guidelines.

• Ensure timely completion of annotation tasks while maintaining high accuracy and data quality.

• Collaborate closely with the Lead Annotator to understand and follow the annotation framework.

• Provide feedback on the annotation process and suggest improvements.

• Participate in training sessions and stay informed about developments in AI and LLMs.

• Work on a diverse set of projects focused on multiple uses of large language models, such as Q&A, summarization, and redlining.
