Job Responsibilities:

As a Locksmith Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills through our 8 week PAID Training program. You will work closely with our experienced locksmiths to perform the following tasks:

1. Provide emergency lockout services for commercial clients.
2. Assist with lock installations, repairs, and rekeying.
3. Cut keys and duplicate keys for various types of locks.
4. Troubleshoot and repair lock mechanisms and systems.
5. Offer expert advice on security solutions and recommend appropriate products to customers.
6. Maintain accurate records of service calls, inventory, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

While no prior experience is necessary for this position, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

1. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
2. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
3. Effective communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
6. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
