Covenant Health Paralegal in Andover, Massachusetts

This role is 100% remote.

Summary

The Contract Paralegal and Legal Support Services Specialist is accountable and responsible for the initial inputting and report functions in the Covenant Health general contract system database under the general direction of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the software system for general contract files and agreements for Covenant Health.

  • Serves as site administrator for electronic contract platform and is responsible for ensuring all contracts and agreements are uploaded, categorized, and tracked across the system.

  • Maintains and updates user permissions for the electronic policy platform.

  • Supports audit and investigation functions for the legal and compliance functions of Covenant Health, as needed.

  • Provides support maintaining and improving database management, and performs data entry.

  • Other duties as assigned by Legal and Risk Department.

    Qualifications

  • Paralegal certification.

  • Firm knowledge of database set up and cataloging, inputting contracts, and creating templates.

  • Experience in generating reports.

  • Incumbent will be self-directed and require little oversight in performance of duties, which include financial, technical, and team building concepts.

  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and conceptual thinking ability, team building ability with an emphasis on performance and achievement.

  • Abides by the Standards of Conduct which is the basis for the Organizational Integrity Program.
