You will manage project execution to ensure adherence to performance, cost, schedule, and deliverables throughout the life of the project. You will develop and prepare detailed cost estimates by utilizing the knowledge of base cost estimating tools for government and commercial sources. You will develop cost estimates and funding options to meet project or program objectives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: Preparing long- and short- range guidance for cost estimating; Leading, planning and/or organizing process improvement teams to maintain and establish performance quality levels; Developing cost estimates for a wide range of shore based facilities; Analyzing complex functions and work processes to determine facility construction project costs; and Reviewing cost estimates to ensure projects completed timely and accurately.
