Eagle Harbor Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Senior Program Advisory (Digital Manufacturing) with an active Secret clearance to support EHS and our government client in Arlington, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide program management advice to ManTech and the ED(SE&A) for the JDMC DME and Advanced Manufacturing Enterprise (AME) WGs to address enterprise gaps created by unresolved risks, issues, and opportunities.

  • Assist the DME and AME WGs to perform the following tasks: develop, or locate existing, digital Three Dimensional-Technical Data Packages (3D-TDPs)

  • Evaluate the security, data exchange capabilities, and interoperability of available and emerging software tools.

  • Review standards, identify gaps, and work with standards development organizations (SDOs) to recommend updates to standards to make them suitable for DoD requirements.

  • Integrate the contributions of other promising digital manufacturing efforts across the ManTech Program to improve and increase DoD adoption of digital manufacturing.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Active Secret clearance

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant engineering, scientific, or technical experience

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline that is relevant to engineering (in lieu of a technical BS, non-technical bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience providing relevant technical support may be substituted

  • Technical experience in advanced digital manufacturing methods and approaches to TDPs,

  • Possess ability to analyze and score applicable software and modeling tools.

  • Experience in the development and application of standards.

  • Experience in setting, managing, or executing activities within digital or computational engineering, tools, and environments within the modelling and simulation enterprise.

  • Experience in evolution of model/simulation enablers (such as validation principles and verification techniques, etc.) for expanded use in digital applications.

  • Experience creating or updating DoD policy, guidance, training, methods, processes, or tools to achieve goals in the National Defense Strategy related to improving engineering practice is desired.

  • Experience with advanced and emerging technology areas, such as autonomy, cloud computing or artificial intelligence, digital transformation or datacentric operations is desired.

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
