The Opportunity The Technical Product Owner role will play a key role on the Enterprise Data Services team, responsible for transforming data from disparate systems to provide insights and analytics for business stakeholders. You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, DBAs, cross functional teams, and business teams. You will leverage Agile methodology to support clarity and velocity for a breadth of data related work delivery. The ideal Tech Product Owner, will have worked in an Agile / Scrum / Kanban environment, partnered with business stakeholders (Product Owners, Product Managers) in defining agile requirements (Epics, Features and Stories) and enabling agile teams to deliver. [Note: Client IT works in a rotating hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office per week - full remote work is not authorized].

Your responsibilities in this role:

• Working closely with the Business Area Managers, Senior Product Managers and development teams to ensure our team clearly understands the required functionality to meet business needs
• Collaborating with product, project and development stakeholders and teams, gathering requirements, coordinating dependencies, and identifying risks and opportunities
• Working closely with the Product Owner on one or more Agile development teams by translating product inputs into well-defined functional requirements and user stories
• Lead story grooming sessions or requirements clarifications sessions
• Write necessary User Stories to deliver outcomes
• Prioritize the backlog, groom and maintain healthy backlog
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and accept the stories to sign off for deployment/migration
