We’re currently hiring for a Senior Project Manager!
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating activities of the project team and ensuring that project tasks are completed on schedule
Scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.),
Communicating action steps to the team, and delivering status reports as required
Ensuring compliance with all contractual deliverables
Understanding the project scope and ensuring the client and team are aligned
Meeting deadlines and ensuring the team has what they need to meet theirs
Managing and communicating project timelines and expectations to the client and project team
Identifying, documenting, and developing mitigation plans for risks and issues
Collaborating with stakeholders
Leveraging project management tools for consistent and effective project delivery
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years of progressive project management experience
5+ years of using project management methodologies including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risks, develop detailed work plans, and lead team meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
7+ years’ experience working with federal agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
Minimum of one active management certification that supports project management expertise (e.g., PMP, PMI ACP, CSM)
A demonstrated ability to manage tight timelines while adhering to budgetary constraints
Be proactive, detail-oriented, solution driven and able to multi-task
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must have a focus on detail and driving results
Professional Skills:
Excellent analytical and proven problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$92,986.00 - $158,076.00
