Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Description:

Maintenance Tech needed for morning and night shift. 4 days/week 10 hours/day; available overtime if candidates would like to work more than 4 days.

A shift - 5am to 3:30pm 4 days/week (Monday - Saturday schedule)

B Shift - 4pm to 2:30pm (Monday - Saturday schedule)

Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, experience on assembly line, fixtures, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical. 70% mechanical, 30% electrical/Mittsubishi PLC troubleshooting

There are 11 assembly lines, 8 stations at each line, all identical. Half shaft assembly is the business model at Erae in Pontiac. Lines have pneumatic and hydraulic functions, lots of sensors and Mittsubishi PLC's. HMI navigation.

-PM's on line

-Multimeter to check motors, voltage

-Sensor troubleshooting/replacing

-Help rig new machinery brought in

-PLC troubleshooting (no programming)

-Light curtain/safety PM's/RFID readers

-Troubleshoot hydraulic systems

-Read Blueprints

-Troubleshooting Mittsubishi PLC's (ladder logic, similar to Allen Bradley)

-Daily/weekly/monthly projects
