General Summary:

Are you passionate about the dynamic world of digital advertising and eager to dive into programmatic operations? Join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery as a Programmatic Specialist and embark on an exciting journey to the forefront of digital advertising technology. While previous experience in ad operations is advantageous, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn as much as expertise. As a Programmatic Specialist, you will report to the Programmatic Manager and will play a pivotal role in setting up programmatic deals and campaigns, ensuring smooth daily operations through reporting and monitoring, and providing exceptional client support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage programmatic deals and campaigns across various platforms.

  • Generate and deliver daily reports on key metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Monitor programmatic deals to optimize performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide support and guidance on available programmatic options.

  • Work with other members of the ad ops team to provide updates on new clients, ensuring client data is captured and recorded accurately for business analytics.

  • Manage targeting presets and other daily maintenance and updates to ad system setup.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital advertising technology.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve overall programmatic operations efficiency.

  • Work closely with the Programmatic Manager and other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.

  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance skills and expertise in digital advertising and programmatic operations.

Required skills & experience:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in similar media roles with a proven record of accomplishment.

  • Strong knowledge and/or practical experience in media trafficking.

  • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and making informed decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Effective project management skills, including the ability to organize priorities and multitask effectively.

  • Flexibility in adapting to evolving campaign requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to implement strategies effectively.
