Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring multiple Assembly Quote Associates for a Denver based tech manufacturer. Assembly Quote Associates will manage day to day quote operations and works with the Sales Manager towards long term improvements and growth. This position is within a fast growing, quick-turn environment, which requires a flexibility of hours, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done while being a team player! Weekend shifts may be required as workload demands. Expectation is a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales on incoming and outgoing quotes

  • Verbal and written communication with sales, vendors and assembly department on daily basis

  • All assembly/sales/quote/material issues directly with sales, engineering or manufacturing

  • Work in Excel and Word on daily basis

  • BOMs, Quote Log, Quote Letters, AC Assembly Quote Program

  • Work online finding components

  • Complete labor & material quotations

  • Manage open quotes

  • Daily follow up with sales, vendors and assembly department for information to complete quote tasks

  • Maintain and expand upon procedures

  • Backup to logging quotes

  • Backup to assembly purchasing


  • Strong verbal (internal/phone etiquette) and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Computer Skills EXCEL, Word, Outlook

  • 3 years professional business experience working with clients via the phone and computer


Degree preferred but substantial experience is adequate
