Job Description

Volt has teamed-up with an online custom print provider to identify candidates with outstanding customer service abilities to join their team as Customer Service Representatives . As a Customer Service Representative, you'll do more than answer customers' questions - you'll provide a one-of-a-kind, "WOW!" experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-volume customer support via phone and email

  • Answer questions and troubleshoot issues regarding products and services, customization tool, status and delivery of products, etc.

  • Identify opportunities to up-sell products and services

  • Ensure a “WOW!” experience for every single customer

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Detailed and organized with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Internet & computer savvy

  • Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
