Develops and executes annual school recruitment and sales plans. Researches, identifies, and contacts prospective schools. Describes and promotes the EYW program to audiences in a variety of settings, including online information sessions, in-person information sessions, and conference exhibits and presentations. Secures and conducts sales meetings with school and district representatives. Tracks, prioritizes, and follows up with leads. Ensures completion of the sales cycle. Meets ambitious annual sales goalsEffectively utilizes Salesforce CRM to document and track work and to meet sales goalsPrepares sales reports to include analyses of progress toward goals, market trends, prospect reports, and recommendationsCollaborates with team members to identify sales goals, objectives, and strategiesWorks closely with team members to ensure the delivery of servicesPerforms other related duties as assigned
