Job Description

SENIOR REPAIR TECHNICIAN

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Troubleshoot electronics on the component level

  • Repair complex electronic systems

  • Evaluate and test electronics from production to RMA

  • Soldering SMT devices down to 0402 using a microscope

  • Maintain elaborate records for QC, testing, system tracking and inventory management

  • Translate high-level fault reports to locate and distinguish root cause analysis

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • 5+ years of experience in electronics troubleshooting

  • Proficiency troubleshooting using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes and other related tools

  • Experience using power shop tools for mechanical assembly

  • Expert at interpreting PCB assembly layouts

  • Working independently

  • Associate degree in Electronics or related discipline
