Job Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities and customer targets in the Consumer Market. They will be responsible for building high, wide and deep customer connections, selling Avient value, driving new specifications, managing projects start to finish and ultimately closing new profitable business by focusing on applications in the consumer market. Target customer roles include R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Executive Leadership and Sourcing. BDM is responsible for driving business growth for both Thermoplastic Elastomers and Engineered Thermoplastics Businesses. Up to 50% travel is required.
