Diehl Development, Inc. Administrative Assistant in Bergen, New York

Diehl Development, Inc. is looking to add a administrative assistant to our staff.

Site/civil construction knowledge preferred.

Quickbooks desktop knowledge mandatory.

Flexible hours/days - 25-35 hours a week - depending on workload week.

File, organize, scan, copy and email documents as required Answer phones - make calls as necessary Contact customers and vendors for paperwork needed Maintain/track sub-contractors certificates of insurance QuickBooks - enter bills, and invoices, deposits - reconcile checking accounts, credit card statements Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - excel, word, outlook, one drive Strong internet skills - able to file documents online Travel to Bank, Post office, and get Parts as needed (company vehicle provided for travel) Able to work independently as well as being a team player Must have good communication skills Ability to multi-task High attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must be outgoing and self driven Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs Must be reliable and dependable !! Possibility for advancement -

Payroll and Certified payroll Work Remotely

No Quickbooks desktop invoicing and attention to detail is of the utmost importance. Please do not apply if you do not have Quickbooks experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 35 per week
