This is a temp to hire role through Volt Workforce Solutions in which you will be taking Inbound Phone Calls scheduling Medical Appointments for the HealthPartners network of clinics. There will be occasional outbound phone calls for a follow up with a patient/clinic. This workplace is friendly, dynamic, and inviting.

Hours: Must be available from 7AM-9:30PM, M-F and every other weekend. Set schedule will be assigned between these hours after hire.

What are we looking for?
18 years of age or older
High school graduate or GED
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
comfortable with computers
Excellent attendance and Punctuality
2+ years customer service experience
