HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN is NOW HIRING for Transportation Schedulers. This would be in the Ride Care department scheduling medical transportation.

This is a temp to hire role through Volt Workforce Solutions in which you will be taking Inbound Phone Calls scheduling Medical Transportation for the HealthPartners network of clinics and current members/patients This is a structured call center environment with a large number of inbound phone calls. You need to be comfortable being on the phones all day. This workplace is friendly, dynamic, and inviting.

Hours: M-F 11AM-7PM

Pay: $17.00-$18.38

Start Date: ASAP

What are we looking for?

  • 18 years of age or older

  • High school graduate or GED

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • comfortable with computers

  • Excellent attendance and Punctuality

  • 2+ years customer service experience
