Job Description:

We approach problems with creativity and innovation. Our Boise, Idaho, office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our growing engineering group. We are looking for a motivated candidate with attention to detail, a passion for continued development, and a desire to be part of and support a strong multi-disciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Editing and proofing of technical reports and correspondence

  • Onboarding new staff

  • Directing phone calls

  • Directing all incoming mail and preparing outgoing packages

  • Compiling and bookmarking pdfs

  • Copying and scanning documents

  • Assembling bound copies of reports

  • Ordering lunches for on-site training/presentations

  • Planning and coordinating office social events

  • Maintaining inventory of equipment, office and kitchen supplies

  • Making travel arrangements

  • Assisting in local marketing and business development efforts and documentation

  • Maintaining a schedule of conferences/exhibit displays

  • Maintaining Employee PE and PG renewals records

  • Providing Branch Leader and Departmental support as needed

  • Other miscellaneous duties

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year related experience in office administration. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 3 years’ related experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check which may include criminal history, motor vehicle record, and credit check

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
