At Sunroc, we build better communities and the hot plant laborer is a critical member of our team! Here are some of the things that you will do:

• Perform plant inspections, diagnose potential problems, perform preventative plant maintenance.
• Replace and adjust machine wear parts.
• Maintain and service the production machinery.
• Light metal fabricating.
• Keep the workspace a safe environment.

We want our asphalt groundman to grow with us, and we are excited to give you opportunities to grow your skill level and try new things. Additionally, we\'re looking for:

• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulics.
• Experience with the use of pneumatic and hand tools.
• Great work ethics.
• The ability to repair hydraulic, pneumatic and perform mechanical repairs is a plus.
• Forklift experience is also a plus.
