Title: Operator- Blends/Mills

Location: Branchburg, NJ

Schedule: M-F 6 AM- 1:30 PM

Rate: $20-$22 (based on experience)

Type: Contract 3-4 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for manufacturing of beadlets, powder blends and liquid suspensions.

• Manufacturing as per batch records.

• Expertise in beadlet operations, milling and blending.

• Capable of operation all equipment in production.

• Ability to work with other operators under his section.

• Ensuring GMP and FSSC 22000 standards compliance for all batch operations.

  Requirements:

• High School Diploma and/or Trade School Diploma. AA or BS Degree Preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in an FDA / cGMP manufacturing facility

• Computer knowledge, good organizational skills, good understanding of cGMP and FDA Regulations

• Knowledge in operating PK and Ribbon blenders designed for use in continuous mixing and blending of powders or incorporation of liquid additives into powders.

• Knowledge in operating Fitz, Alpine and Jet Mills designed to grind any type of crystalline or friable materials to produce product in designated size range.

• Knowledge in operating Sweco, Allgaier and Kason Sifters designed to separate and screen oversize and fine particles from bulk material.

• Knowledge in operating Tray Oven and Beadlet Dryer.

• Knowledge in operating Lee Kettle and all other mixing vessels for emulsifying, suspending and homogenizing liquid products.
