[IMMEDIATE Hiring! Houseperson F/T The all-new Spark by Hilton Branson Meadows is preparing for its grand opening near the end of May and is now hiring for all positions IMMEDIATELY! Formerly the Barrington Hotel and Suites, the hotel has gone through a complete remodel, inside and out! This is a great role for anyone who is looking to grow and start a career in housekeeping and hospitality! As a Houseperson, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: ]{#_Hlk166165387}

  • Assist Housekeeping by Stripping beds, removing trash, and delivering linens.
  • Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
  • Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash.
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner.
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed.
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed.

Shifts: Can vary based on the Season and hotel occupancy. But GENERALLY, the hours are 9 am - 4 pm. Candidates should be flexible to occasionally come in at 8 am, leave as early as 2pm or as late as 6 pm. But these are rare. Availability: open availability required, must be able to work any shift, any day - holidays and weekends. Possible exceptions for Part-time team members.
