TEKsystems Customer Service Rep 23-25/hr MN ONLY in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

NOW HIRING for Customer Service Rep!!! These positions will be in office. MUST LIVE in MN!!! Please do not apply if you don't reside in MN or do not have the MUST HAVES below!!

MUST HAVES:

  • 2+ years of manufacturing customer service experience

  • Experience with a SAP preferred

Description:

  • Provides customers with comprehensive information to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Handles customer complaints and provides resolution, brings manager’s attention when necessary to ensure that proper and satisfactory service is delivered. ESSENTIAL

  • Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.

  • Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up

  • Confirms account number, part number & descriptions

  • Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates

  • Confirms pricing & availability

  • Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid)

  • Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders

  • Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure

Pay:

$23-25/hr

Shift:

8Am to 5PM , Monday-Friday
