Clinical Architecture Administrative Assistant Intern in Carmel, Indiana

About the Position

Clinical Architecture is offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant Intern to join our team in Carmel, IN. As the Administrative Assistant Intern, the candidate will support our Director of Implementation Architecture by preparing, organizing, and consolidating documents into a single searchable Knowledge Base. This internship will run for 14 weeks, from May 13 to August 16, 2024, at our home office in Carmel, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, proofread, organize, and consolidate department documentation from OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Notepad.

  • Manage deadlines, ensuring timely organization and consolidation of documents and resources.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Perform administrative support duties as assigned by the Director of Implementation Architecture.

Qualifications

  • Some experience following Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint.

  • Pursuing an education in Healthcare Informatics, Library Sciences, Technology, or related field.

  • Experience or interest in career in Healthcare Informatics, Library Sciences, or Software industries.

  • Excellent written communication.

  • Effective deadline management.

  • Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

  • Highly motivated, committed, and reliable.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

  • Flexibility to switch projects or tasks as needed.

  • Aptitude to learn new skills and complex applications.

This role is required to be on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters.?
