ManpowerGroup RF Application Engineer in Chandler, Arizona

Our client, an international Aerospace Defense company, is seeking an RF Application Engineer or Sustaining Engineer to join their team. As an RF Application Engineer, you will be part of the Electrical Engineering Team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to grow into a full-time design role in the future and 3+ years’ experience in RF engineering and computer integration and software experience, ideally for a defense applications company.

Job Title: RF Application Engineer

Location: Metro Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $100-$140K DOE plus bonus, benefits, relocation sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Will work on sustaining engineering tasks for existing products on existing projects

  • Will work with multiple engineering teams to achieve product performance and cost targets

  • Will assist with documentation, scheduling, producibility, reliability, analysis, reproting, etc.

Requirements

  • BSEE or similar major; MSEE desired

  • 3+ years’ experience in RF engineering including computer integration and software experience preferably with C++ Experience with some RF product design a huge plus

  • Experience with a defense applications company a plus

  • Will want career progression into a full-fledged RF Design Engineer role or similar in the future (they train)
