We are currently looking for those who have had some assembly experience using hand tools. Once you start you will receive on the job training in the assembly of commercial HVAC water-cooled chillers. You can start working in as little as a few days in an environmentally controlled facility which includes a full service cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch. Our team works hard but in a relaxed and casual atmosphere where production goals are focused on Quality not Quantity. Must be able to constantly bend, walk, stand for long periods of time, reach and kneel. The normal work schedule is 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with potential overtime each day including two Saturday a month as required to meet production goals. Located in Northeast Charlotte (huntersville area) Safety toe shoes are required but not provided. All other PPE is provided. If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity. Responsibilities

• Final installation of end cap and other components

• Reading blueprints and follow work instructions

• Follow all safety guidelines

• Meet daily production goals and adhere to all safety guidelines

• Available to work overtime including Fridays and Saturdays when needed

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends

Skills

• mechanical aptitude (1 year of experience is preferred)

• use of hand tools (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Material Handling (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Blueprints
