Insight Global Customer Account Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Customer Account Specialist in the Charlotte, NC area. This representative will be building relationships with key customers via phone and acting as the primary contact to resolve various issues. Must be a driven problem solver, ready to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include but not limited to: placing new orders, tracking existing orders, identifying missing information or incorrect data for client orders, working with customers to learn new SAP system, etc.

Skills and Requirements

-Excellent communication, both written and verbal - especially strong via telephone

-Customer service experience (or proven skills)

-GOOD ATTITUDE! Strong personality, outgoing, attention to detail, timeliness, follow up

-Driven. fast learner. Personality very important

-Basic computer skills including word, outlook and excel -Experience working in supply chain or logistics

-Proven leadership

-Consistency in past positions

-Client facing experience

-Experience using SAP

-Experience using a video conferencing platform like MS Teams or Ring Central null
