Twin City Staffing is looking for an electric assembly candidate for a busy company in the Chaska area. This electrical assembler will be installing electrical wiring and assembling components according to blueprints and wiring diagrams. Location: Chaska, MN Hours: 7 am 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Wage: $19 - $23/hr. Benefits of the electrical assembler: Medical Dental Vision FSA Life Disability Accident Critical Referral bonus Job duties of the electrical assembler: Read and understand electrical / mechanical schematics Lay out diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications Install and wire devices such as switches, meters, analyzers, transmitters, etc. Cut, strip, bend, and form wire cable, conduit, pipe, and tubing used to connect circuits and subassemblies Connect color-coded wires, using mirrors in compact areas Solder connections and crimps connectors to wire ends Adjust electrical assemblies as required Discuss errors in diagrams or during production with electrical lead or engineer to clarify assembly problems Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Qualifications of the electrical assembler: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Electrical assembly experience Additional information: Apply today!
