JPMorgan Chase Product Practices and Culture Associate in Chicago, Illinois

As a member of the Product Practices and Culture workstream, you will support the workstream lead to define and drive the strategy for improving product management practices, culture and learning in DDP (Digital, Data and Product) organization as well as executing or partnering on execution for proposed solutions.

Job responsibilities

  • Use a discovery-based approach to perform analysis of current state ecosystem and develop problem statements

  • Propose potential solutions to problem statements and outline implementation plan

  • Support execution against the proposed solutions

  • Develop relationships and act as a cultural ambassador to Digital, Data, and Product

  • Partner closely with relevant functional stakeholders like HR, Communications, Finance & Business Management and Learning and Development

  • Act as an ambassador of the Product Operating Model and embody the culture we are trying to instill.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years product management, management consulting / strategy or relevant experience

  • Experience managing projects, especially complex, global projects that require cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to quickly understand abstract issues, identify solutions and action next steps

  • Ability to articulate and develop strategic frameworks

  • Ability to examine, improve and execute the organization's existing processes and procedures for program execution

  • Methodical and organized

  • Experience bringing people together and is excited by solving complex problems.
