NB Ventures Inc. dba GEP seeks Senior Manager - Consulting in Clark, NJ.Duties: Manage overall direct sourcing (including services and deliverables) and global spend analysis. Implement structured strategic sourcing processes and manage category activities. Direct team to collect client spending data, cleanse, and classify the data through GEP's automated spend analysis tools into a standard format. Coordinate strategic sourcing of direct spending categories and follow GEP Strategic Sourcing Process for each category. Supervise ongoing sourcing and strategy development, including: contract implementation and execution, renegotiations, and perform spot buys as mutually agreed upon by parties for certain minimum annual spending. Manage supplier performance and correct supplier nonperformance. Lead supply market research fora select list of categories each year and work with the clients' category managers covering analytical and research insights. Track realized savings and provide savings reports to all stakeholders and GEP executives. Telecommuting permitted as determined by employer. May require travel or relocation to various unanticipated locations within the U.S.Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or related field and two (2) years of Professional experience in Procurement/Consulting/Analyst or related occupations. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or related field and five (5) years of Professional experience in Procurement/Consulting/Analyst or related occupations.
