Description: Machine Operator

1st Shift: 7:00 - 3:30pm

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and implement them as required.

• Advanced product production.

• Read and interpret drawings and work instructions

• Coordination of multiple machine centers to maximize production output.

• Learn the processes under the advanced process umbrella to support the commercial group

as needed.

• Set up and run a wire machine

• Inspect and ensure fine wire is running correctly

• Execute and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Identify new procedures or techniques which resolve internal or customer related problems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrates excellent dexterity; able to work with small and delicate products using handeye coordination.

• Self-starter who can identify company priorities and work with little oversight.

• Consistent high performer with demonstrated leadership capabilities with ability to work in a

team environment
