Join Our Team in Colorado Springs: Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, based in Colorado Springs. You'll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, fast and accurate order processing, and maintaining great client relationships. You will be working with one of the world's most respected, well-known, medical equipment and device manufacturers.

Pay: $24 per hour (paid weekly)

First shift (7-4), M-F

Estimated Start: May 20,2024

Your Skills and Responsibilities:

• Location: You should be within a commutable distance of Colorado Springs, CO.

• Experience: You should ideally have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or specialization.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, or an associate's degree, is required. Relevant certifications are a plus.

• Problem Solving: You'll interact with customers, company sales, and service representatives to handle various pre-sales or post-sales tasks. As a skilled worker, you'll use your knowledge to determine the best approach to tasks and how to solve any abnormalities that may arise.

• Independence: You'll have the opportunity to complete your work with a limited degree of supervision, demonstrating your professionalism and expertise.
