Description Robert Half is looking for a certified Data Analyst to join our client! The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Data Analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design, as well as developing analysis and reporting capabilities. You will also identify improvements to quality control plans by monitoring performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary for accuracy

• Assemble business reports that provide insight into key data points

• Help other departments reach their goals by providing analysis

• Assemble data recording systems and business analysis for the department to use

• Review data to identify changes in financial and business trends

• Convey the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers

• Accurately examine and gather data for various types of business reports

• Analyze data reports regularly, identifying and resolving any mistakes Requirements

• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers

• 3+ years of experience in database support, data reporting, and ERP support.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

• Ability to use MS Excel data tools to create pivot tables, graphs and charts

• Understanding of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow

• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions

• Detail oriented with a tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines and manage time
