We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr Associate, Business Systems Analyst to join our team and help shape our products that help improve the lives of healthcare professionals and patients every day! Our ideal candidate will reside in the Columbus, Ohio area, near our CMM corporate headquarters, with the ability to work from home but also in office when needed. ** We are not able to provide sponsorship for this position. Position Overview As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with various internal and external stakeholders to understand product and business needs, then translate them into stakeholder, solution, or transition requirements for defined stakeholders. This position requires a detailed understanding of technical stacks, user needs, and business strategy. In addition, there is a need for excellent verbal, written and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with business users as well as project and technology teams. Responsibilities Provide consultative support to Product teams during the opportunity evaluation phase of a new product initiative. Work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements (and/or Epics) into detailed functional requirements (and/or User Stories). Support and collaborate with the development teams to refine and elaborate on requirements / user stories throughout the development life cycle. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through analysis methodologies and techniques to gather requirements. Develop functional and technical specifications for technology solutions. Reduce project risks through identification, research, and awareness. Support project team members regarding inquiries related to product functionality, solutioning and issue investigation. Create and maintain project documentation, including information management, requirement changes, process flow diagrams, and system documentation. Suggest areas for process and productivity improvements within the team. Ability to build crosswalks that align technical requirements to business requirements. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience with requirements gathering and working alongside technical resources. Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view. Ability to work independently and remain flexible and organized throughout projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
