UWorld, LLC Implementation Specialist-AP Math or History in Coppell, Texas

The Implementation Specialist is an essential partner to UWorld’s educator customers, helping prepare teachers for classroom success. The Specialist has deep connections to many teams within UWorld including Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Technology as they:

  • Monitor classroom and district usage and effectiveness,

  • Maintain healthy customer relationships, and

  • Promote best practices in the use of UWorld products and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Authoring instructor training

  • Delivering in-person and online in-service events and professional development

  • Providing implementation guidance and data-focused support, and

  • Promoting product and service usage that aligns to teacher, school and district desired outcomes.

The Implementation Specialist should be:

  • Tech-savvy in multiple teaching modalities including post-COVID instructional environments

  • Experienced in achieving instructional outcomes through thoughtful implementation of educational technology.

Responsibilities

  • Implement UWorld College Readiness learning tools for AP, SAT and ACT in schools and school districts.

  • Design in-person, remote, and online training resources for teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators.

  • Conduct gap analysis to address customer concerns.

  • Conduct and debrief observational walkthroughs, model product usage, and customize training materials to school and district needs.

  • Assess impact and effectiveness of implementation by analyzing usage and performance data and comparing to successful implementation models.

  • Collaborate with Product Development to understand upcoming content offerings and feature releases and incorporate into training material and online and virtual support.

  • Provide pre-sales support to Sales and Marketing Teams related to training options, program-related reporting and effective implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years teaching experience, with 5 years of experience teaching AP courses in History, Social Studies or Math

  • Experience creating and delivering teacher training and professional development.

  • Experience in educational technology including program development, classroom deployment and delivery.

  • Familiarity with multiple training methods (face-face, virtual, e-learning, train-the-trainer, video, etc.)

  • Ability to monitor, evaluate and report on program effectiveness and success by regularly reviewing and analyzing data related to usage, performance, and student growth.

  • Committed to staying on top of current trends in AP and high school teaching methodologies and challenges.

  • Experience as an AP grader or presenter is desirable.

  • Available to travel throughout the United States, up to 25% of the time, weighted heavily to peak implementation seasons (before the start of the school year).
