We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cordova, Tennessee. This role involves answering phones, data entry of financial information, and scanning documents.

Requirements

• Demonstrable proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries effectively.

• Capacity to perform document scanning tasks, maintaining organization and proper filing for easy retrieval.

• Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Solid understanding of confidentiality obligations and professional ethics.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
