Job Description

Volt is seeking Electronic Repair Technicians in the Davenport area for First and Second shifts.

Description : In this role you will work individually and with a team, to test and repair the electronic devices for a specific industry.

Specific daily tasks may include:

  • Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs electronic components.

  • Troubleshoots to the component level.

  • Reads and works from schematics.

  • Solder equipment using surface mount and thru-hole methods

  • Maintains satisfactory Quality performance levels.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work station.

Required Skills

  • Possess soldering and de-soldering skills - thru-hole AND surface mount, FLUX material

  • Knowledge of electronic circuit components and theory.

  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams.

  • Electronics Certification a Plus

  • Pass a hands on Technical Aptitude Test
