Dayton Children's Hospital Behavioral Health Support Coordinator - Seasonal (September-May) in Dayton, Ohio

Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Behavorial Crisis ServicesSchedule:Full timeHours:32Job Details:This is a seasonal staffing position, 64hrs per pay period with June-August off More details will be provided during the interview process. Responsible for providing direct support to the Behavioral Crisis Center Team, Behavioral Health Management, Security, and other members of the ED Leadership team.

Facilitates patient care, flow, and services. Monitors the safety and security for visitors, patients, and employees. Oversees and coordinates office functions, including inventory, purchasing, and equipment.

Assists in orientation of new employees. Compiles statistics and reports performance improvement/quality outcomes. Communicates and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations for the department. Is responsible for the scheduling to ensure adequate staffing. Assists in facilitation and documentation of department meetings.

This position requires the ability to manage several projects and job responsibilities at the same time, independent decision-making abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

CPR: Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation - American Heart Association
