Syncrotist provides support services for many of the prominent companies for in-home care in a rapidly growing market. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude ready to succeed professionally. We have both Full time and Part time in office and work from home positions available. Our service team provides this support by maintaining a strong partnership with our clients and displaying positive interactions to assist our clients with growing their respective businesses. Responsibilities Team members will provide support for a variety of tasks including answering client and caregiver inquires, applicant processing, scheduling, and assisting with phone calls, chat and email request. Successful candidates will provide upbeat and positive attitude with a strong emphasis on customer service. Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage in-bound / out-bound calls, email and chat request
- Basic computer skills including typing, email and web browser
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Team player who can also excel working independently
- High school diploma, previous call center experience a plus
- Type 30 words per minute
- Pass background check
