The Reynolds & Reynolds Company Customer Service Specialist in Dayton, Ohio

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the single point of ownership for dealership product issues, ensuring their concerns are resolved in a timely and accurate manner to assure customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers - Assist our customers by gathering information and learning about their needs and expectations - Resolve customer issues and help with further research when additional troubleshooting is needed - Continuous education in professional development and product training Requirements: -Previous customer service experience preferred -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve -Ability to work in a team environment Benefits: Our associates receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
