In the role of Workstation Specialist, you will perform workstation and workplace management engineering, deployment and maintenance of new tools. You'll have the opportunity to advice the customer on the choice of solutions to implement to improve business processes. Job Requirements

Safran Electrical & Power looks for service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills, the right attitude and adaptability to an innovative and evolving environment.

Education and/or Experience

 Associate's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent combination of work experience

 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science (preferred)

 3-5 years of Help Desk Support experience

 5 years' experience on hardware & Workstation Operating System advance troubleshooting

 3 years' experience on basic server and network troubleshooting

 3-5 years of experience with MS Active Directory infrastructure

Knowledge/Skills

 Knowledge of Microsoft Windows workstation W10 and W11 - Advanced

 Microsoft Windows Server skills - Basic

 Knowledge of desktop PC's, laptops and servers. - Advanced

 Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers, Group Policies, File/Print shares, Microsoft Continuous Updates - Advanced

 Knowledge on Master & application Task Sequence Build – Basic

 Understanding of networking concepts (TCP, UDP, Routing, Firewall, Proxy, ADSL) - Basic

 Understanding of the current desktop security methodologies (encryption, antivirus, desktop security) - Advanced

 Client side VPN and other remote working / management technologies - Basic
