Are you looking to work with one of the best product development teams within Oracle’s Cloud Organization to build systems and tools, bring innovation, explore new technologies to make a positive impact on internal as well as external stakeholders? If so, then this job is for you. Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) team is looking for an integration specialist with hands-on experience in Fusion SCM Cloud.

This is a customer facing role that allows you to work with our customers and implementation partners to assist them in their journey to Oracle Cloud SCM . This role combines hands on expertise in the technical areas with the customer management aspect. You will be working with other product development teams, success managers, support, and executive sponsors to deliver solutions for our customers.

7 or more years of technical leadership experience in recent enterprise-level SCM implementations, particularly with Oracle Cloud SCM integrations .

Has hands-on expertise for Cloud SCM Integration and detailed understanding on Oracle SCM Cloud config and architecture.

Responsibilities

Desired Skills/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud SCM and Integrations

  • 7+ years of experience working as an technical expert in SCM or ERP applications

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of various integration and middleware solutions including Oracle Integration Cloud, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, FTP and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).

  • Has hands-on expertise for Cloud SCM Integration with modules\systems.

  • Detailed understanding on Oracle SCM Cloud setup and architecture.

  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Security and Integration Security

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards pertaining to Cloud.

  • Analyze the performance of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions implemented by customers and identify areas for improvement. Optimizing configurations, tuning, and optimizing integration flows and application design to enhance performance.

  • Investigating and resolving technical issues, integration issues, such as errors, performance bottlenecks.

  • Hands on expertise for Analytics, BICC, OTBI, and SQL optimization.

  • Oracle Cloud certification in one or two modules is preferred.

  • Experience in developing applications and extensions for Oracle Fusion Cloud using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service, Web Services, and Redwood will be a big plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.

Your Key Duties & Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Development, Global Support and other teams to handhold customer through ongoing implementation challenges.

  • Engage with Oracle’s strategic customers and partners, representing Oracle products and services (SCM and HCM Application)

  • Deliver solution related guidance to individual customers, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Integrate with AI services for real-time insights into Supply Chain executions

  • Publish best practice material including whitepapers, how-to’s, best-in-class case studies of solutions and product usage by customers

Nice to Have:

  • Instance management, P2Ts\T2Ts, and configuration management work experience.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud monitoring frameworks – OMC, Cloud EM, Signals, Grafana, etc.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $76,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
