As a Production Worker at our facility in Dunn, NC, you will be a critical contributor to our warehouse team. You will be accountable forperforming a variety of duties such as mixing materials, assembling mold parts, filling molds, and stacking molds to mold and cast a wide range of productswith a focus on efficiency and dependability.

Duties:

• Operate various manual and automated equipment in the production process
• Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.
• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
• Visually inspect production run and document results.
• Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of general work experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial technology .
