• A regional financial services company with an exceptional reputation seeks a Manager of SEC Reporting. This is a hybrid opportunity working in the office 50% of the time and 50% at home. The company requires five plus years of experience in the preparation and review of 10k and 10Q Sec Reports. This opportunity is open due to the impending retirement of the incumbent. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the auditors as needed.

• Assisting in the preparation of 10k and 10Q reports.

• Preparing a reporting package for the Board of Directors

• Preparing footnote disclosures and quarterly and annual reports.

• Performing special projects for management.
