Description:

Seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician for a CNC machine shop. You will be responsible for performing facilities, preventative, and reactive maintenance. This will include plumbing/piping, HVAC equipment, CNC Mills (horizontal/vertical), CNC Grinders, CNC Lathes, accumulators, air handlers, blowers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, compressors, generators, sensors, circuit boards, modules, paint booth, test benches, hoists, forklifts, scissor lifts, etc. Some older (1960's) & some newer (2015) equipment. Must be able to read blueprints, schematics, follow LOTO, install, and repair 480v 3-phase. Must be able to follow ladder logic and troubleshoot PLCs. Ability to program them would be nice. Ability to fabricate shelves, locks, various parts, etc. as needed (Stick, MIG, TIG, Manual Machining, etc.) May occasionally need to hang bulletin boards, plunge toilets, etc. Will be required to assist with decommissioning machinery to salvage parts as they continue to upgrade.

Hours:

1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm

*Some OT monthly required for specific PMs!

*Additional OT available is someone wants it!

Must:

-Mechanical/Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase

-Experience troubleshooting CNC machinery

-Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic

-PLC troubleshooting ("click" programs/automation direct is a bonus!)

-Comfortable with heights of 25ft & able to climb a ladder

-Ability to read/follow safety instructions

Would be Nice:

-Knowledge of circuit boards/components

-Associates Degree
