Job Title: Home Health Aide Location: Everett, WA 98203 Duration: 3 months with possible extension Shift: Hours - Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Role & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and assistance to clients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility, while promoting independence and dignity. Monitor clients' vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant parameters, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising healthcare professional. Assist with medication reminders and administration, ensuring compliance with medication regimens and safety protocols. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a supportive and caring environment. Required Documents: Home Health Aide License. 2 Professional Reference. BLS Certificate.
