Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions in partnership with an Everett based company is in search of a HR Assistance to join their team. This is a 90-day assignment and an excellent opportunity to grow your resume and skillset, so please apply today!

Job Duties:

  • Assist the HR department with general administrative duties and general support

  • Maintain files and records

  • Sort and forward incoming department emails

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Qualifications:

  • Previous HR/Office Support experience

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Strong attention to detail
