Volt has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking an Electronic Design Engineer to work onsite at John Deere’s facility in Fargo, ND. This is a contingent position expected to last 1 year.
Analyzing warranty and field returns/escalations.
Determine product error after initial triage.
Summarize findings and propose solutions to design engineers.
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in electronic circuit/hardware design.
Understanding of embedded firmware.
Hardware (electronic module) troubleshooting and design experience.
Experience reading schematics and using schematic capture tools (Mentor Graphics or similar).
Previous experience in an agricultural or automotive environment is a plus.
GPS systems experience preferred.
