Job Description

Learn and Grow with a great company here in Fargo! Volt Workforce Solutions is now hiring for temp Import Specialist. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Position lasts through March, 2019.

We are seeking someone with at least 1 year of importing experience and analytical aptitude

Shift 8am to 5pm $21/hr

This position would work closely with the accounting, logistics, and procurement team

Essential Job Functions

  • Review import documentation for accuracy

  • process incoming emails from internal and external customers.

  • Verify shipment information for accuracy

  • scanning of documents

  • Identify missing information and follow up with suppliers.

  • Support import department management in reporting


  • Preferred minimum 1 year experience in import/export operations or related field.

  • Interpersonal communication skills and strong customer focus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong conviction to compliance and business ethics.

  • Strong customer service focus to support internal and external business partners.
