Job Description

Assembly Opportunities-Hiring Immediately!

VOLT Workforce Solutions is seeking to hire multiple assembly employees to work with a great manufacturing company in Fargo! No experience needed

Wages starting at $13 per hour.

Full-time assembly positions with 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd shifts available.

  • 6am to 2pm

  • 8am to 5pm

  • 2pm to 10pm

  • 10pm to 6am

Job Duties

  • Performs assembly duties in accordance with pre-established labor and quality standards

  • Performs assembly as required by manufacturing processes

  • Records any product statistical measurements when required

  • Maintains a clean & organized work area

Required

  • Physical requirements include the ability to stand for an 8 hour shift

  • Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Experience

  • Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and work with little or no supervision

  • Demonstrate computer skills required

  • Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to apply quality control techniques

  • Must be able to read, interpret, and follow work instructions

  • Experience with productivity, quality, and safety and environmental language goals

  • Demonstrate hand tool knowledge and operation

  • Must be capable of distinguishing part and quantity numbers

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
