VOLT Workforce Solutions is seeking to hire multiple assembly employees to work with a great manufacturing company in Fargo! No experience needed
Wages starting at $13 per hour.
Full-time assembly positions with 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd shifts available.
6am to 2pm
8am to 5pm
2pm to 10pm
10pm to 6am
Performs assembly duties in accordance with pre-established labor and quality standards
Performs assembly as required by manufacturing processes
Records any product statistical measurements when required
Maintains a clean & organized work area
Physical requirements include the ability to stand for an 8 hour shift
Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and work with little or no supervision
Demonstrate computer skills required
Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to apply quality control techniques
Must be able to read, interpret, and follow work instructions
Experience with productivity, quality, and safety and environmental language goals
Demonstrate hand tool knowledge and operation
Must be capable of distinguishing part and quantity numbers
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
