Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring a Spray Booth Operator to start immediately. Experience is preferred but willing to train
This position is temp-to-hire
Pay depends on experience
Experience: Auto-body painting, used commercial sprayers for painting houses or buildings
Day shift: 5am to 3:30pm
Evening: 6:30pm to 5am
Weekend: 5am to 5:30pm work Friday- Sunday, get paid for 40hrs.
Must be able to maintain efficient operation of all spray guns, tanks, spray booths, and miscellaneous equipment; apply finish materials as per standard operating procedures; ensure units meet quality standards prior to and after spray booth application.
Candidate should demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; able to meet productivity standards by completing work in a timely manner; observe safety and security procedures by using equipment and materials properly; dependable and responsible. Spraying experience preferred.
Assist production supervisor
Alert supervisor of safety concerns
Train new operators
Lifting requirement moderate- up to 50lbs and occasionally 75+ pounds
